I recently had the pleasure of staying at Orient, and I must say, it exceeded all of my high expectations in numerous ways. Upon my arrival, I found the rooms impeccably clean and thoughtfully appointed, complete with modern amenities such as a flat-screen TV and an inviting sitting area that made unwinding after a long day a delight. The air conditioning worked seamlessly, offering a refreshing escape from the warm South Pacific sun, which I particularly appreciated during my stay. One experience that stood out was their exceptional customer service; I had inadvertently left my hairbrush behind upon checkout, and the staff promptly returned it to me, demonstrating their commitment to guest satisfaction. The bathrooms featured generous free toiletries and even a luxurious bathtub perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Orient not only provided a comfortable and enjoyable stay but also imbued each interaction with a sense of genuine hospitality, making it a rare gem in the realm of eco-friendly accommodations.
